Clinical Care

Clinic Visits

The Memory Disorders Program utilizes a team approach to provide quality care to patients and their families. Our team consists of physicians, nurse practitioners, a neuropsychologist, a program coordinator and research assistants. This team approach provides the patient with comprehensive clinical care.

If you suspect memory problems, seek a diagnosis or a second opinion, you may wish to receive clinical care from our Memory Disorders Program clinicians. You or concerned members of your family noticing changes in your memory may contact us to schedule a new patient evaluation. Your primary care physician, neurologist, or other clinician may also provide a referral.
