Clinical Care
Clinic Visits
The Memory Disorders Program utilizes a team approach to provide quality care to patients and their families. Our team consists of physicians, nurse practitioners, a neuropsychologist, a program coordinator and research assistants. This team approach provides the patient with comprehensive clinical care.
If you suspect memory problems, seek a diagnosis or a second opinion, you may wish to receive clinical care. You or concerned members of your family noticing changes in your memory may contact us to schedule a new patient evaluation. Your primary care physician, neurologist, or other clinician may also provide a referral.
